20 Minute Cardio & Strength Training Workout #2

As promised, I am sharing the variation to the other workout I posted back in September:

You can combine the two workouts to give you a nice 45-50 minute home workout, or you can just do this workout on it's own. Sometimes that's all the time we got to squeeze in a workout, and that's okay! We are all just trying to deal with the daily sh-- crap we got going on. The struggle is real y'all!
