It's a brisk 104 degrees here in Las Vegas, so it makes sense that the first recipe I post is a big ol' bowl of warming comfort, haha. You probably think I'm crazy, but the reason I chose this recipe is because it was probably one of the first recipes I tried, and played with, that didn't end up categorized under utter failure. This recipe is super easy, yummy and even the picky eaters I have at home love it :)
