34 Minute HIIT Home Workout

This workout doesn't require any equipment and does not require that much space (just a small span of carpet, your fav Spotify playlist, and your happy healthy self) - which makes it a great and easy workout to do at home! I think the benefit of doing at home workouts (aside from gyms being closed due to COVID-19) is that you can really do these workouts at your own pace and level - whether that level is beginner, moderate or expert. This is your workout! You're the one who knows your body best, so you go at it with whatever feels right in your heart (and muscles). I am not a licensed fitness professional and by no means have a killer physique. I like to stress the importance of health being a mindset and it's more of how you feel, then how you look. I enjoy life and therefore enjoy my sweets and carbs on the reg. You can sit there and eat your salad and be sad - that's just not how I roll (which probably explains my many rolls, haha). Moderation plus exercise, folks! That's my motto ;)
